  1. Hej! Här är beskrivningen som finns på sidan: "Let's keep it simple, the goal is to see how long you can go without junk food. Share your experience, for every ten days you last, write a short update. For example: 10 days in: This is harder than i thought it would be! 30 days in: Feeling great! 40 days in: I'm having dreams about chocolate chip cookies and ice cream Interact with people, encourage them, give them tips on how to handle cravings. If you fail to stay away from junk food you can always start over from day one. If you plan not to continue with the challenge I would like you to leave the group so we can keep track on how many that are still in it (you can always join the group again if you want to take up the challenge). Wikipedia: "Junk food is a derisive slang term for food that is of little nutritional value and often high in fat, sugar, salt, and calories. It is widely believed that the term was coined by Michael Jacobson, director of the Center for Science in the Public Interest, in 1972.[4] Junk foods typically contain high levels of calories from sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins or minerals. Foods commonly considered junk foods include salted snack foods, gum, candy, sweet desserts, fried fast food, and sugary carbonated beverages. [5] Many foods such as hamburgers, pizza, and tacos can be considered either healthy or junk food depending on their ingredients and preparation methods.[citation needed] The more highly processed items usually falling under the junk food category" Invite your friends and let's start challenge!"
