Välkommen till forumet, Jenny!

Det är lite olika beroende på källa men ungefär så här; Kött, kyckling och ost innehåller ungefär 25g protein/100g vara (tror det räknas icke tillagat), 15g protein i 100g ägg och strax över 20g/100g råvara i fisk.
