Jag har precis börjat äta lchf. Jag gör egen kombucha som jag dricker 0,5 dl av varje morgon, min mage gillar det. Den är gjord på 1liter te med 0,5 dl socker och 2dl start kombucha, detta fermenterar i ca 2 veckor. Jag smaksätter oftast med ingefära och lime. Kommer detta socker att påverka mej negativt?
