Min uppfattning är att laktos bara ger symtom i matsmältningsapparaten, kort tid efter intaget. Proteiner kan ge mängder med olika symtom i kroppen, efter längre tid och kan dröja kvar länge. 

Takk, det kan jo høres sannsynlig ut. Eks. laktosen merker man som vondt i magen eller oppblåst mage etter inntak mens kaseinet kan gi verk i kroppen generelt, smerter i ledd, hovenhet og det varer en tid/ flere dager.

Finnes flere erfaringer ang. dette?
