Glen Åkesson Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Hej. Var och tittade på Ultravasan i går. Såg vansinnigt ut med löpare som ser pigga ut i 4 min/km tempo i 90 km... Jag googlade Holly Rush, vinnaren i Ultravasan 90 km. Fick fram följande: "My diet leans more towards the high fat low carb way of eating mainly because I feel better training and racing this way but I do like to periodise my carbs." via länken "http://chiacharge.co.uk/blog/2014/04/holly-rush-marathon-and-ultra-runner/".
