LCHF, prostatan och metabolt syndrom

Youtube 25 mars 2012

M.E. Cronic Fatigue Syndrome and Diabetis.. What You Need To Know.!!

Youtube 4 maj 2016

Dr Sarah Myhill Interview with Andy Young and Jason Holmes on RN

It was a pleasure to welcome Dr Sarah Myhill to Raconteurs News to discuss her amazing work and astounding results she has achieved with very simple methods to help sufferers of ME and CFS.

Dr Sarah Myhill is a member of the British Society for Ecological Medicine has co-authored 3 medical papers on CFS and mitochondrial dysfunction and on 3rd September 2015, her book, “Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic fatigue Syndrome” was awarded a “Highly Commended” Certificate at the British Medical Association Book Awards 2015.

We opened up with Sarah giving us a rundown on what exactly CFS is, what are the underlying causes and how she treats her patients successfully.

There were also some great questions posted by listeners in the chatroom and we asked as many of those as time allowed.

It was fascinating to hear about Dr Sarah’s explanation of what a ketogenic diet is and how most of us would benefit from this regime.

It was also particularly useful to know what part mytochondria plays in all of this.

We also touched briefly on the dangers of WiFi and microwaves and how they adversely affect us.

You can find out more about Dr Sarah Myhill’s work at her website DrMyhill.co.uk

Many thanks to Dr Sarah Myhill for making the time to speak to us and to all our listeners for their continued support.

This show was first broadcast on 29/03/2016.

A chat with neurotologist Dr. Kenneth Brookler MD #Insulin #LCHF #Diabetes

Youtube  -  19 apr. 2016

Dropping by New York I took the opportunity to have another enjoyable chat with Dr. Brookler. Since our last meeting, he has been focussing in on the clinical effects of low-carb, high-fat diets. He is seeing some impressive outcomes from the approach !

He has also been researching insulin's effects on endoplasmic reticulum stress, particularly that in the beta cells of the pancreas. It speaks to the mechanisms by which hyperinsulinemia wreaks havoc, leading to the chronic diseases of the insulin resistant state. Enjoy, and subscribe for free to:

..this will deliver future content (always free). In fact, very shortly we'll have another great conversation with Professor Richard Feinman - on the key details of his cancer research with Professor Eugene Fine...!
